Vladimir Fedorin
Journalist
Born in 1971. In 1993 he graduated from the Philological Faculty of Moscow State University.
Since 1999 Fedorin has worked in journalism. In 2000–2001 he was a correspondent for the Business/Finance Department at the Vremya Novostey newspaper.
Between 2001–2005 he was correspondent, Editor of the Politic/Economics department, and Deputy Editor-in-Chief of the Vedomosti newspaper.
In 2005–2008 — Deputy Editor-in-Chief and Managing Editor of SmartMoney magazine.
In 2008–2010 — First Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Forbes Russia magazine. Founding Editor of Forbes Ukraine (2010–2013).
Co-founder (2015) and Director (from 2017) of the analytical Bendukidze Free Market Center, Kiev.
Author of the books “The Road to Freedom. Conversations with Kakha Bendukidze” (Moscow: New Publishing House, 2015) and “Fourth Republic: Why Europe Needs Ukraine, and Ukraine — Europe” (Kharkiv: Folio, 2016; in collaboration with Boris Lozhkin).
He lives in Kiev.
