2009 — Oskolkov-Tsentsiper founded the Strelka Institute for Media, Architecture and Design, Moscow.

2014 — Founded self-named company Tsentsiper — which offers service design, product design, urban design and planning, web development. The company develops several projects for the Russian Post, Sberbank and PIK Group — the largest real estate and homebuilder company in Russia.

He has patented 17 inventions in the field of information technologies and electronic control systems.
