Born in 1980.

2002 — Graduated from the Faculty of Mathematics and Mechanics of the Ural State University. In 2005 he graduated from the graduate school of the Ural State University, Candidate of Physical and Mathematical Sciences (2006).

From 1998 to 2010, he worked at SKB Kontur, occupying positions from a trainee programmer to deputy general director, since 2007 he has been the head of the Office for Federal Projects. In 2009–2013 — deputy of the Yekaterinburg City Council.

In 2013, he headed the campaign headquarters of Alexei Navalny in the election of the mayor of Moscow. One of the founders of the Progress Party (2015).
