1998 — Graduated from the Faculty of Law at People's Friendship University, Moscow.

2001 — Graduated with a degree in finance from the Finance Academy under the Government of the Russian Federation.

2010 — Completed a six-month course at Yale University under the Yale World Fellows programme.

Since 2010 — a member of the Moscow City Bar.

In 2011 — Founded the Anti-Corruption Foundation.

Since 2013 he has headed the Central Council of the “Progress Party”.
