Born in 1966.

Graduated from the Faculty of Computational Mathematics and Cybernetics of Moscow State University.

1993 to 2010 — Worked at the Institute for Economic Forecasting of the Russian Academy of Sciences.

1997 — PhD in Economics, Institute for Economic Forecasting of the Russian Academy of Sciences.

Author and co-author of dozens of scientific and analytical articles and four monographs, translator and editor of more than 20 translated books on economics, political theory and other social sciences.

Currently the deputy editor in chief of the “Economic Policy” journal.

Lives in Moscow.
