Born in 1965.

Graduated from the Faculty of Philosophy of the Sofia University. One of the founders and member of the European Council on Foreign Relations.

2004–2006 — Executive Director of the International Commission on the Balkans.

2005–2011 — Editor-in-Chief of the Bulgarian Edition of Foreign Policy. Chairman of the Board of the Sofia Centre for Liberal Strategies, Researcher at the Vienna Institute for the Humanities (IWM).
